Every once in a while an exceptional and incredible talent impacts the gospel industry who leaves an indelible impression. Pastor Michael Fisher (aka JKingdom) is one of those rapidly expanding musical virtuosos who have done just that! He is the dynamic Pastor of the Greater Zion Church Family. His gifts and talents continue to revolutionize the gospel music industry. Besides, he has provided inevitable proof of his great talents and an even greater future on his recently released awe-inspiring hit single “Complete Deliverance.” This single is a remarkable musical story ending well from his forthcoming project titled “Reconciled.” Please hear JKingdom in his finest hour! JKingdom was born in Gardena and raised in Carson, California. He is blessed with an intrinsic melodic distinctive and a compelling musical heritage. He is the son of Dr. Jerome Fisher, a prominent religious leader, in Compton, California. For 56 years, his father pastored the church, formally known as “Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church.” Expressively, he recalls developing his initial love of music almost as soon as he could talk! As a result, he commenced his formal training in the arts when he was 10 years old. With formal training under his belt, JKingdom appreciated singing, dancing, writing, performing at church events, plays and showcases throughout California. This talented and exceptional artist released an earlier debut solo CD project “Champion.” However, separate and not on the “Champion” project is JKingdom’s hit single and music video “Wanna Be Close” which seriously impacted radio stations across the nation. The impeccable vocal artistry on this single proclaims God as Lord and King in his great majesty and one’s desire to be close to Him. Both of these phenomenal projects are a must have for your gospel collection. While serving as youth Pastor his leadership abilities were clearly evident. He sustained a fervent passion for the Lord and ministry! Moreover, his influence in the church and the community was overwhelming. It would only be a matter of time before being called to pastor. The mantel was placed upon him when he was 25 years old. Yet, this mountain top experience was not a smooth transition! As noted above, the transition did not come without challenge! Nevertheless, God had given him a clear vision and assignment for the church with purpose. This compelling vision and assignment would save and change the lives of individuals. Additionally, restoration of hope and dignity would substantially revitalize an otherwise diminishing community. For 10 years, Pastor Fisher decided to use a hands on approach in his community resulting in considerable progress. These achievements have positively impacted job creation and increased economic stability. Moreover, he simultaneously grew his church family to more than 4,500 members.
